The terms that apply when you use www.darndest.co.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.darndest.co (the “Site”), operated by Darndest LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site
The Site is an informational website describing our studio and the software we build. Our applications are distributed through Apple’s App Store and are governed by their own terms and by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement — not by this document.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — text, design, graphics, logos, and the “Darndest” and “Journalcast” names and marks — are owned by Darndest LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, or exploit the Site’s content without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, or place unreasonable load on it.
- Scrape or harvest content or contact details for bulk or automated messaging.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with us.
5. Forward-looking statements
The Site describes products that are in development, including planned features and release timing. These are current intentions, not promises. Features and dates may change or be dropped.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content, products, or practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Site, and forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the Site.
